Blasting through the £2,000-3,000 estimate, this Graham Roberts FA Cup Final shirt recently fetched a whopping £9,000 at auction.
The yellow Away design from Le Coq Sportif has embroidery under the crest referring to the showpiece occasion at Wembley and the same style of shirt was worn in the 1982 “Cockney Cup Final” replay that secured Roberts’ Spurs their second consecutive English primary cup win.
Roberts’ number 7 appears in navy blue on the reverse.
